Oral presenters

Each presentation will be allowed 12 minutes including questions. To meet this limit, please prepare a 9-minute presentation, to allow 3 minutes for questions. Please bring your Power point presentation on a USB. If you have a Keynote presentation you must convert it to pptx. 

Speaker Ready Room, K6
The Speaker ready room will open at 07.30 every morning (Sunday-Wednesday). Please make sure to go there and download your Power point presentation well in advance of your session. You can do so already on Sunday even if you have your presentation some day later at the very latest 30 min before the session starts. There will be a technician available in order to assist you.

Poster presenters

Poster sessions
Poster presenters should be present by their poster during morning- and afternoon coffee breaks.

Poster Displays
Only paper/physical posters will be displayed. Please bring your printed poster to the meeting. The preferred format of posters should be 70 cm wide and 100 cm in height. The size of poster display boards is 98 cm in width and 198 cm in height. Please ensure your poster will fit within these dimensions.

Poster Set up
The poster boards are situated in the Poster exhibition area, and there are signs to follow. Poster boards will be available for setting up posters following this schedule depending on which poster session your presentation will be in:

POSTER SESSION 1 (PPI): Sunday 10.00-19.00

Sunday mounting from 8.00

Sunday dismantle 19.00 (after the reception that is held in the exhibition where posters are displayed)

POSTER SESSION 2 (PPII): Monday 10.00-17.00

Monday mounting from 8.00

Monday dismantle 17.00

POSTER SESSION 3 (PPIII): Tuesday 10.00-16.30

Tuesday mounting from 8.00

Tuesday dismantle 16.30

Mount your poster on your designated day and the assigned poster board number. Posters will be mounted with push pins, which will be provided by the venue. Please note: Bring your own poster. We are not able to provide poster printing service on-site. Each poster presentation has a specific poster number, which can be found next to the presentation titles in the detailed program here.
